ScreenCatch.com reserves the right to disable or delete any file which might compromise the security of our servers, uses excessive bandwidth, violates this TOS or is otherwise considered undesirable (at our sole discretion). We will attempt to contact he upload wherever possible before taking any action.
The screenshot hosting service is provided as-is with no implied warranties of any kind. ScreenCatch.com can not be held responsible for the loss of data or other damages which may result from (lack of) functionality of our service.
ScreenCatch.com does not allow screenshots which contain adult content such as pornography or excessive nudity, which violate the privacy of the individuals depicted, which violate copyrights or patents, which contain spyware, malware, trojans or viruses, which contain software for committing illegal acts (like hacking), or which otherwise violate any international law are not allowed. This is not an exhaustive list.
Please note that it is impossible for ScreenCatch.com staff to actively check every file being uploaded, so we use the 'report' system where users can report a link as violating these terms.
Files will not be deleted unless they have not been accessed for some time. Files smaller than 2 MB will be deleted after 180 days of inactivity. Files larger than 2 MB will be deleted after 90 days of inactivity. The majority of screenshots are under the 2MB limit. ** This feature has not yet been implemented. **
ScreenCatch.com reserves the right to deny access to any user who uploads files that compromise the security of our servers, use excessive bandwidth or are otherwise deemed to be misusing our services.
ScreenCatch.com reserves the right to deny hotlinking privileges from websites whose users are found to be frequently misusing our services.
Privacy Statement: to combat abuse of our service, ScreenCatch.com uses cookies and stores the IP of anyone who uploads a file to our service. If you do not wish this to happen, do not use our service. Please note that IP addresses (etc) are only used to combat abuse and are not sold or given away to anyone.
